Plyrwise is a small, invite-only research service. This page says plainly what data the site holds about you and what it does with it.
What we collect
- Your account email address — it is your username, and how the admin can reach you about your account.
- Your password — stored only as a salted cryptographic hash. It is never stored in plain text, and we cannot read it.
- If you sign in with Google, Google sends us the basic profile identity for your account — your email address and name. We use it solely to create and operate your Plyrwise account, and we request no other Google data.
- A session cookie (
pw_session) that keeps you signed in. It is essential — an account cannot work without it.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data — to anyone, for any reason.
- We run no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. The only cookie the site sets is the session cookie above.
How your data is used
Account data is used only to operate your account and provide the service: signing you in, administering invites, and showing the picks and results. It is not used for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Your account data is kept for as long as your account exists. To delete your account and the data tied to it, contact the admin at [email protected] and it will be removed.
